Ibiza 2008

How do i begin? Lets see... i have a hardcore party animal senior trader who goes ibiza few times a year. And he has always been raving how that is De place to go during summer. So okay, shall give it a go since im here.

Got flights, booked rooms... and took 1 week off, cos my parents were also in town for 2 weeks.

Anyway, here is how it went:



Early morning of Sunday the 14th sept, 0400, took train to airport. 0600 flew to ibiza

Reached around 0930 local time...

breakfast : he just drinks redbull, i get my coffee
This is bora-bora. Still early. We slept alot to get ready for We Love Space on Sunday where David Guetta and Tom novy was playing

At Bora Bora again.. VERY HOT SUN.

me at the entrance
This is DC10. It is a dump because it looked like a warehouse converted into a club. I then found out that this is an underground thing, where anything goes... i couldnt breathe inside with poor ventilation, and the toilets were making me puke. Not sure what goes on there or what ppl sniff inside.
Quickly left DC10, and went to Priviledge the highlight of Monday was Tiesto.
Priviledge , really the biggest club in the world. Accomodates 12k ppl i think
Tuesday we went Blue Marlin, a little bit like cafe del mar in singapore.
Tuesday evening : Ibiza town
Tuesday Night : Amnesia Club : Armin van buuren was playing. This club is cool, with lots of deco, and cool dancers, as well as this Robot man who walked through the dance floor, and shoot fireworks
Here is how Ibiza advertises all their parties. Its probably the only place in the world where Clubs and Parties have Billboards that big everywhere.

Me having sangria. Normally, its red wine, but i ordered the white wine version. Looked more like Screwdriver, but this drink is realllly potent!
Wednesday night. Last night was in Pacha. Also a really cool club with dancers, and deco, and sofas everywhere. Eric Morillo was playing. and i got some cool pictures of the pole dancers... not strippers.
The beautiful sunrise on Thursday as i left Ibiza to the airport. Ah... its so beautiful... i want to go again next year
